  I have owned a few Beemers over the years and have dealt with quite a few dealerships. In my opinion BMWNA should use Mathias BMW as "THE" example of how a dealership should be run. All of my service is done here, from oil changes on up. Like some others, there are two dealers much closer to my home, but the 74 miles is never an issue. In over 18 years of service work, I've never had one bit of rework. That includes two accident rebuild/repairs at Mathias. Both times, they came in below estimate. I've slowed down on recommending Mathias service to other riders, since it was getting harder for ME to get a summer appointment. I've never been offered better prices on tires and service.
